Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma Certifications

Six Sigma is a data-driven methodology designed to improve quality of processes and products (eliminate defects) through statistical analysis. The Lean methodology focuses on streamlining and eliminating waste within processes used in production, delivery or services. The two methodologies together focus on streamlining processes to eliminate waste and improve quality (no defects).
There are no prerequisites except completing the certifications in order (Green, Black and Lean).
