ITCS considers Quality Assurance to be an inherent element of all services and deliverables. ITCS leadership is dedicated to ensuring all projects are managed with Quality Assurance processes in mind. This starts with ensuring complete transparency and traceability of all project processes, tasks and deliverables.
Tools used to ensure a successful implementation of a Quality Assurance Program are: Review and Analysis Magnifying Glass
  • Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) used to trace Verification and Validation testing against business and technical requirements.
  • Configuration Management Plan used to ensure controlled management of requirements, deliverables, testing plans and traceability, and Change Management.
  • Weekly internal and customer status reports identifying completed and outstanding issues.
  • Strong communication between team members and with the Customer.
  • Lessons Learned meetings and reports at completion of all tasks for the purpose of continuous improvement.
Quality Assurance Processes
QA processes are managed outside of the implementation team for the purpose of providing an in-house Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) to objectively evaluate processes, deliverables and services. All members of the implementation team are responsible for unit testing of individual deliverables and insuring that tasks are executed using well defined QA processes.
Continuous Process Improvement
ITCS leadership has spent the majority of their careers in CMMI Maturity Level III, IV, and V environments. We are strong advocates of the belief that when you strive to be better, you are. ITCS manages all projects at minimum CMMI Level III with emphasis on:
